You can walk between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 at Heathrow Airport via the accessible underground passageway.
Directions
- From Terminal 2, follow the signs for "Terminal 3." The underground passageway is located in the arrivals area.
- Take the stairs or escalator down to the passageway.
- Walk through the passageway to Terminal 3.
The underground passageway is approximately 100 meters long and takes about 5 minutes to walk.

The underground passageway is accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Other ways to transfer between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3
In addition to the underground passageway, there are two other ways to transfer between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3:
- Shuttle bus: A free shuttle bus runs between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. The bus departs every 10 minutes from the bus stops outside the arrivals areas of both terminals.
- Heathrow Express: The Heathrow Express train runs between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3, as well as between Heathrow Airport and London Paddington Station. The train departs every 15 minutes from Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
