A magnitude 4.1 earthquake was reported at 2:01 PM PT on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, two miles from Corona, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
The earthquake was an aftershock of a magnitude 4.0 earthquake that struck just southwest of the same area earlier in the afternoon.
There are no reports of injuries or damage at this time.
